We talk about these issues in real terms and in a kitchen table dialogue. So we invite guest that will tell it like it is. So we get guest that will provide answers to these problems from various people in the community including politicians, parents, doctors, teachers, lawyers, kids, business professionals and people of all walks of life.

RaShod Allen an accomplished director and is currently directing the local television show That's The Reality Of It? television show. He also directed the gospel music video; My Angel?. He attended Randallstown High school and graduated with honors form New York Institute of Technology- May 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts; specializing in: Film/Television/Radio and Computer Graphics. His skills include; 3-d Design Technology, Lighting, Sound and Cinematography
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Script Developing final cut Pro/ Avid/ Avid Plus Editing, Sound Mixing /Grip/ Lighting. RaShod Allen production credentials include: Baltimore's HBO series The Wire?, Washington's PBS show: Oil Factory, The film: Die Hard? and he co-directed and produced an independent film in New York call Until Tomorrow.
He co- directed and Produced from January to May of 2006 an INDEPENDENT FILM, called NTIL TOMORROW in New York and Co-directed the television show, is all about Jazz? from August 2007 to September 2008- on UPN-24.
